New collection Bobkova AW19 - sartorial standards and new sensuality.

The main item of the new Bobkova collection is a men’s jacket. During the working process with cuts, designer changes planting of the product: bevels the slots on sleeves, adds an inner belt. Also, experiments with the fabrics: produces a light cottoned shirt that is sewn according to the jacket patterns. Details are used in dresses, sundresses, and corsets. All items from the collection sewed according to the sartorial standards of the mens suit. The belts and waistbands of the trousers are planted on the gage band, collars and details are strengthened with the help of sizing ... .

Bobkova finds a way to emphasize sensuality in the masculine things, designer opens the back of jacket with the help of the neckline or button closure. An asymmetric mini-dresses made of silk is an example of a search for new sensuality: the classic piece of women’s wardrobe is a deconstructed men’s jacket.

TUnisex items appeared in the new AW19 collection. These are pantsuits and block of cashmere from a neutral palette- sweaters, golfs and polos.

In the new season, the school uniform of the Japanese teenagers and the street style chronicles of the Tokyo Fashion Week turned out to be in the designer's moodboard. Thus, a turn-down apache collar appeared in the collection, which complements shirts and cashmere sweaters, uniforms in stripes, as well as accessories - micro satchels and case-clutches. Chains, which are fastened by cascades to trousers or worn on top of a jacket - a reference to the images of anime cartoons. The materials of the collection are cadi silk, cotton, wool and composite fabrics that allows making things universal for different climatic zones. The color palette of the collection is restrained. The brightest items of the collection are knitted sweaters and tops with the author's prints of the artist German Lavrovsky.

“The lines and silhouettes of the collection have become cleaner. However, it came out more difficult than the previous ones. This complexity is in the technology of manufacturing, designing and tailoring of things, which ensures the fit and uniqueness of clothing”, - Christina Bobkova sums up.
